Isaac, 23, Russian

I met Isaac last year in my World Affairs class. During one of our first conversations he told me he was born and raised in Russia and came to the United States when he was 10 years old. He then told me even more fascinating details about his life story, and I immediately found him to be an extremely interesting person. Isaac also has a big heart. He started a chapter of the UNICEF Campus Initiative Clubs at our college and has been very involved with it since he founded it last semester, working on fundraising money for UNICEF and spreading awareness around campus. As if that weren't enough, he also recently spent a week volunteering in Haiti after the devastating earthquake.

Never judge a person by his appearance, right?
